Director of Clinical Operations
Growing up in Pleasant Grove, Jodi began her career in healthcare by becoming a Nationally Registered and Certified Medical Assistant in 1998. She worked as a NCRMA for 5 years, training and teaching others how to become Medical Assistants themselves. After working as NCRMA, she decided to pursue a career in nursing, graduating from nursing school in 2004 with her LVN, and earning her BSN in 2021. She hit the ground running, and has never looked back. Over the years, she has worked in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Home Health & Case Management, and for the past 10+ years, she has been working in Vascular Surgery. Jodi has been with Dr. Bukhari from day one, first as his nurse, and now as the Director of Clinical Operations.
In her free time Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and their family dog. She loves to sing, and she is continuously pursuing the next steps in her nursing career.
What is your favorite aspect of working in healthcare? Being a nurse has been more rewarding than I ever thought possible. It has helped me to realize that caring for patients is something that I value, and just the interaction with patients alone gives me such joy!
What is your favorite part about working at NTVC? Being able to work with an awesome group of people that I highly respect — who I consider more than just co-workers, but also friends and even extended family.
